Yes, we offer free shipping within the US for orders over $89.00. You don't need a special code, this is automatically calculated when you check out. For order under $89.00 we calculate shipping based on the weight of the items in your cart.

Our website of course is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Since you are only online do you do pop ups?
Yes, we are at the Brooklyn Flea usually every Saturday and Sunday. Check out the dates Eleanor's is at the Brooklyn Flea here.
How do you ship Eleanor’s stylish accessories?
We ship our items with love to your door via USPS standard post. Everything includes a tracking number and insurance. A shipping notice with the tracking number is e-mailed to you when shipped. All items are inspected before shipping to ensure quality and packaged securely to make sure that the products arrive safely.
How do I know my package has shipped?
We ship out once a week on Saturdays. Eleanor’s sends out a confirmation e-mail after we ship out. We also send tracking numbers for all purchases. Yes, of course. We want you to LOVE your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason we will accept your return within 14 days of purchase, please send us an e-mail at hello@eleanorsnyc.com.
